TALA Soccer Training is grateful to partner with the Town of Halfmoon to provide our community with a transformative Recreational Soccer Program. Our six-week Recreational Soccer Program will offer players and families the opportunity to learn and develop from USSF licensed coaches through facilitated clinic-style skill-building activities, in a low coach-to-player ratio, followed by the opportunity to implement their learning playing in small-sided team games. Planned, organized, and facilitated by USSF licensed TALA Soccer coaches, our Recreational Soccer Program provides a limited number of local players and families with a unique soccer learning environment intentionally designed to promote a love of learning and playing the game. Our six-week Recreational Soccer Program offers families of players ages 6 to 13 years old, in various phases and stages of their development, an age-appropriate opportunity to learn and improve their soccer-related knoweledge, skills, and abilities through the intersection of a weekly soccer clinic followed by one or more team games. All soccer-specific activities are designed and facilitated by TALA Soccer Training coaches on a 1:8 coach-to-player ratio for our 8 year and under players and a 1:12 coach-to-player ratio for our 13 year old to 9 year old players.

The intentional design of our transformative soccer learning environment will focus on the introduction and development of a new topic-specific technical skill and associated key player actions each week. Players will begin each week by actively participating in progressive, adaptive, clinic-style small-group activities where they will receive individual instruction surrounding the correlating key player actions associated with the topic of the week. After participating in phased small-group activities designed to orient the players to the soccer-specific skill of the week through individual feedback loops, players will have the opportunity to implement and apply their learning by participating in organized, officiated small-sided team games for the second hour of play.

TALA Soccer Training, in partnership with the Town of Halfmoon, is committed to providing a family-friendly, community-oriented, fun-filled soccer learning environment for every player and family registered in the TALA Recreational Soccer Program. We look forward to working with your developing player(s) in pursuit of their interest in the game of soccer. Thank you for joining our positive, supportive, and motivating soccer-specific learning community.
